Global Startup Event
First Ever in Sendai!!
The signs of change are starting from Tohoku.
Four hundred years ago, during the recovery from a devastating tsunami,
Lord Date Masamune ordered a voyage from Sendai to the world.
Even in times of
hardship, this city held a strong will to move toward the future.
And now, once again,
Sendai and the Tohoku region are cultivating the power to
shape what’s next.
Startups are confronting social issues head-on,
tackling challenges to realize a prosperous future.
Each and every aspiration becomes a driving force
that moves the world.
Empowered by innovative technologies,
they are venturing into
uncharted territory and creating new worlds.
The knowledge and passion built by those taking on challenges in this region
will open up the future of the world.
Change always begins quietly.
But beyond it lies great potential.
Let’s
rise—to change the future of someone in the world.
